• Use the Apps in accordance with their intended purpose
• Not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Apps
• Not attempt to bypass any usage restrictions or security measures
• Accept that the Apps may include advertisements from third-party ad networks
• Allow automatic updates to ensure you have the latest version

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Rongxunda and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Mobile App Advertising

Our mobile applications may include advertisements from third-party advertising networks. These advertisements help support the continued development and maintenance of our Apps at no cost to users.

• Rewarded Video Ads: Optional videos for in-app rewards

8.2 Ad Partner Responsibilities

Advertisements are served by third-party ad networks including but not limited to Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Unity Ads, AppLovin, IronSource, Vungle, Pangle, Amazon Ads, MoPub, Mintegral, Chartboost, Liftoff, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, HyprMX, Ogury, Publicis Media, and The Trade Desk. These partners are responsible for their own privacy practices and ad content. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RONGXUNDA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rongxunda and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

For users in the EEA, you may also submit complaints to the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission.

16. Age Restrictions and Children's Use

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 years (16 years in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@rongxundadev.com.

Parents can review, request deletion of, and prevent further collection of their children's personal information by:

17. App Store Compliance

Our mobile applications are distributed through Google Play and Apple App Store. By downloading our Apps from these platforms, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Google Play's Terms of Service and Developer Distribution Agreement
• Apple's App Store Terms of Service and other applicable terms
• The right of these platforms to enforce their policies against developers
• That any refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policies

Our Services are accessible internationally. If you access our Services from regions with laws governing data collection and use that differ from Chinese law, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.

We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Those who choose to access the Services do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

19. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
